Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) hitchhiked with an employee from a South Bend, Ind., sheet metal shop on her way to a recent campaign stop, the South Bend Tribune reported.

Clinton, who is aggressively competing with Illinois Sen. Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination, accepted a ride April 30 from Deluxe Sheet Metal employee Jason Wilfing. The two stopped for gas and a cup of coffee on the way to the shop.

Indiana, along with North Carolina, is holding its presidential primary today.
