The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association has unveiled a new maintenance agreement program for its members.

The CD-ROM-based PHCC Maintenance Agreement Program, originally developed by the Quality Service Contractors, includes the materials contractors need to set up, implement and sell maintenance agreements to their customers.

The PHCC reports that it includes tips on how to increase cash flow and profitability, establish long-term customer loyalty and lower overhead costs.

“This is just the first of several new products and services PHCC will offer throughout 2007,” said PHCC membership director Cindy Sheridan. “Each item will focus on improving the contractor’s business, either through increased revenue opportunities or reducing their cost of doing business. At the same time, each product and service offering represents an opportunity for our state associations and local chapters to generate revenues for their respective organizations.”
