Kevin McMahon and Bill Hopp were the winners of Luxaire’s 2007 Dealer Spiff Liberties and Liberties Plus promotional contest.

McMahon from F.F. Kling and Son of Manchester, Pa., won the Liberties Plus $5,000 prize. A Luxaire dealer since 2000 and customer of Thos Somerville Co. in Upper Marlboro, Md., F.F. Kling and Son has been serving York, Pa., customers since 1923.

Hopp of Integrity Heating and Cooling Services in Allendale, Mich., won the $2,500 Liberties Spiff program prize. A customer of Calverley Supply Co. Inc., located in Sterling Heights, Mich., Integrity Heating and Cooling Services has been an HVAC wholesale dealer since 2003. Hopp has been selling Luxaire products since 1987.

“We are fortunate to work with some of the best salespeople in the industry,” said Tim Lashar, Luxaire brand manager. “The Luxaire Spiff program rewards our sales force for selling high-efficiency Luxaire products while also providing an attractive incentive to them.”

During the Luxaire Spiff promotional program, Luxaire salespeople can earn cash incentives for the sale of eligible products. The program rewards salespeople for selling the Luxaire brand over competitors’ brands, while also selling higher efficiency products. Luxaire territory managers also earn 10 percent of their dealers’ cumulative spiff earnings.

Eligible Luxaire products for the winter 2007 program include: Acclimate air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces and variable-speed air-handler units; 13-plus SEER Acclimate residential package units; and Luxaire coils when combined with a new, qualified air conditioner, heat pump or variable-speed, modular air handler.
