Intellidyne LLC has entered into an agreement with an Asian firm to import and distribute its Intellicon energy-saving controls.
The China HuaYang Technology and Trade Group Corp. will distribute the products throughout China.
Intellidyne reports that this move will bring the advantages of energy-saving and pollution-reduction technologies to this marketplace through the import of microprocessor-controlled heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
“We are faced with challenges and opportunities in this new century,” said Liu Jiuguang, president of China HuaYang. This partnership with Intellidyne will contribute greatly to HuaYang’s mission to bring new technologies to expanding economic markets through the development of environmental protection capabilities and computerized control breakthroughs. At the same time, it will help both our countries foster international economic cooperation.”
Mike Ruff, chief operating officer of Intellidyne, was also excited about the agreement.
“China is a very attractive market with significant potential for the Intellidyne controls. We are extremely excited to have a strategic partner like China HuaYang Technology and Trade Group Corp. to represent us in China,” he said.
