Broan Fresh Air Systems now offers the HRV90H for compact spaces. The system can be installed in small houses, closets, condos or low-rise apartments. The unit is a heat-recovery ventilator ideal for homes from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet in northern climates. As a heat-recovery ventilator, the HRV90H eliminates excess moisture during the heating season while recovering heat from outgoing stale air and not overdrying the house. The unit has a net recovering efficiency of 65 percent when operating at a low speed at 32ºF. The device also has a patented "Y" tandem, which means only one hole has to be cut from the home to the outside.
