Emcor buys mechanical service company
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Emcor reports that the acquisition will strengthen its service offerings.
Philadelphia-based Fluidics provides mechanical services to businesses in Philadelphia, southern New Jersey and Delaware. The company employs approximately 380 technical and service personnel using more than 80 service vehicles. Founded in 1968, Fluidics' services include 24-hour mobile response and preventative maintenance, on-site operations and maintenance services, as well as HVAC and plumbing retrofit projects.
