LAS VEGAS - Air Duct Manufacturing Inc. has named five companies distributors of its spiral-duct system.

Members of the SPIRAmir Alliance came in March to Las Vegas for the group's first licensee conference. LAS VEGAS - Air Duct Manufacturing Inc. has named five companies the exclusive North American makers and distributors of its SPIRAmir self-sealing spiral-duct system.

Colorado-based Hercules Industries, Crown Products Co. of Florida, Oregon-based Streimer Sheet Metal Works Inc., TurboDuct Air Systems in Maryland and Tambe Metal Products Inc. of New York will make and sell the SPIRAmir, an O-ring, self-sealing gasket product.

The system was introduced at this year's Air-Conditioning Heating Refrigerating Exposition in Chicago.

"Forming this alliance with these top-notch people and their great companies was a dream come true," said Amir Sharify, president of Illinois-based Air Duct Manufacturing.

Sharify chose to host the group's first licensee conference March 16-18 at the Luxor hotel and casino.
