Bypass valve
December 4, 2001
This valve can be used in new or retrofit fib-tube baseboard installations to permit zone control of individual rooms using a non-electric thermostat without any wiring. The valve comes with compression fittings for 3⁄4-in. copper tube and is installed ahead of the fin-tube in the supply side, where the radiation enters the room. Standard copper fittings and used to connect to a bare bypass tube which will easily fit into most commercially available fin-tube baseboard.
