WASHINGTON — In the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York, officials from the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) decided to cancel the group’s 2001 annual convention. The meeting was to take place Sept. 19-22 at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield Colo. NAFA President Bob Couture said the decision was made because “… the gravity of this calamity so totally eclipses the relatively insignificant needs of our organization…”
