The L Award was presented to the top territory managers in five sales regions and two from the commercial business unit. The recipients were: Donna Peoples, Northern commercial; Bob Kendall, Southern commercial; Johnny Samara, Southeast; Mark Schulert, Northeast; John Kilbride, North Central; and John Cain, West.
"The coveted L Award epitomizes achievement, growth and cooperation," said Doug Young, Lennox vice president and general manager for residential products.
John Cain was also presented the North American L Award. The winner of this award is selected from the group of L Award winners.
The N Award is presented to the Lennox national accounts manager who consistently exceeds customers' expectations. The national accounts managers work with the commercial national accounts group on commercial chain retailers, restaurants and facility accounts.
The overall N Award winner was Jeff Britain.
"Jeff won his first N Award in 2000, but he didn't stop there," said Susan Herndon, vice president of national accounts. "In 2003, he continued to grow his business by an astounding amount."
The PSM Award is presented to the best overall Lennox parts and supplies manager. Bobbe Wadsworth was the 2003 winner.
"Bobbe has shown consistent excellence," said Mike Burcham, director of parts and supplies. "She is the sort of person who makes the rest of her sales team better, giving just the right mix of training, guidance, and competitor updates to help them succeed."
The S Award is an award presented to the top field technical consultant, inside technical consultant, or application technician who helps the Lennox field sales organization on a daily basis.
The S Award was presented to inside technical consultant Johnny McWilliams.
"With his ‘can-do' attitude, Johnny never dodges a challenge," said Rick Hale, technical support and product integrity director. "He handles each request as an opportunity to find a better way."
