S.I. Goldman wins Florida school project
LONGWOOD, Fla. - S.I. Goldman Co. Inc./Comfort Systems USA, a mechanical contractor and services company, has secured a contract to provide hvac and plumbing systems for a Lake Mary High School project.
Construction already has begun on a new auditorium building and the renovation of the central energy plant that serves the entire campus. According to Goldman's project manager, George Reebals, the company will complete its portion of the project in June, 2003.
Starmer Ranaldi Planning and Architecture Inc. designed the project and Matern Professional Engineering Inc. provided engineering. Seminole County Public Schools is the owner. The project is a joint venture of Welbro Building Corp. and Jack Jennings & Sons Inc.
