WASHINGTON - The American Institute of Architects named the Building Solutions Division of CertainTeed Corp. and Einhorn Yaffee Prescott Architecture & Engineering as recipients of its National Continuing Education Award for Excellence in Education.

Einhorn was given the award for the large-firm category and CertainTeed, a Valley Forge, Pa.-based manufacturer of building products, received the Commercial Stakeholder Provider Award.

"We are honored that the AIA has given us this prestigious award for our online education programs for architects," said CertainTeed's Judi Ann Moore.

For six years, the annual award has recognized continuing education providers to architectural and engineering firms and their commitment to an overall system of developing high- quality education programs.

Recipients will accept a trophy at the March 3-6 AIA Grassroots Leadership and Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C.
