The Air Conditioning Division of Rheem Manufacturing company recently unveiled a new wholesale store concept and product line "designed to strengthen its offering to its network of distributors and the community of hvac contractors."

Replacing the former Universal Parts line, the new Rheem Prostock wholesale concept and product line will feature a color-coding system to divide hvac parts into easily identifiable categories: red for gas and oil heating, light blue for thermostats and alarms, green for IAQ, purple for refrigerant piping, etc.

According to Rheem, "The color coding will improve the efficiency of stocking and inventory systems and allow customers to find the parts they need quicker and with greater ease."

Division headquarters is located in Ft. Smith Ark. National parts manager is Don Harter. He spent 20 years with Carrier Corp. prior to joining Rheem in 1998.
