PHOENIX - James Bochat, president of Pro Mechanical Services Inc., was elected president of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau at its annual meeting in Memphis, Tenn.

NEBB-certified since 1975, Bochat helped found the Arizona chapter. He was recently honored for more than 25 years with the association. During the past 10 years, he has taught the NEBB building systems commissioning seminar in the United States and Australia. He served as the chairman of the NEBB Building Systems Commissioning Committee and helped update the commissioning program.

Other NEBB officers for 2004 are President-Elect Joseph A. Miller of Seneca Balance of Virginia Inc. in Alton, Va.; Vice President Eric Jenison of Total Dynamic Balance Inc. in Deerfield Beach, Fla.; and Treasurer John G. Cappell of Comfort Control Inc. in Beltsville, Md.
