American Metal Products, formerly owned by Masco Corporation, has been acquired by Tompkins PLC. It will be integrated into the group’s existing Hart & Cooley residential business, which Tompkins acquired in 1999 and has annual sales of approximately $200 million.

The AMP brand will be retained. AMP manufactures grilles, registers and diffusers, vent products and gutter protection systems, mainly for the U.S. residential market
