The "Hospi-Gard IsoClean," is a self-contained ceiling-mounted HEPA filtration system that can be used to minimize the spread of airborne diseases in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and addiction-recovery centers, by creating a negative pressure isolation room, according to its maker. The portable system can also be used as a 100-percent clean-air re-circulating unit that delivers up to 800 cubic feet per minute to provide a low to high air-circulation pattern while optimizing the clean breathing zone for patients and staff. The ceiling system can be mounted in a standard 2- by 4-foot ceiling grid, as well as other types of ceilings.
