The company sponsored the "Cool Zone," which was the location for an 8- by 24-foot trailer showcasing Coleman equipment such as the new Echelon series of residential heating and cooling products. This was Coleman's fourth appearance at the tournament, which raises money for the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Last year, the tournament raised more than $700,000.
"We appreciate the opportunity to be part of an event that benefits children all over the world," said Charles Humphreys, president of Equipment Supply Distributor, a local Coleman distributor. "The display trailer offers spectators a cool setting to escape the heat and provides a venue to introduce Coleman products and services to perspective customers and dealers."
The Coleman mobile unit also includes an outdoor display where visitors are invited to examine Coleman furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and evaporative units. In addition, an interactive display provides visitors with computerized energy cost calculations that compare their current cooling or heating costs to a Coleman, high-efficiency air conditioner or furnace.
