Cutting, drilling, sawing or testing
Whether they're for cutting sheet metal, detecting leaks in ductwork or just tightening some bolts, several suppliers have introduced a number of new tools and pieces of equipment to help contractors and technicians out in the field or in their shops. The following products are some the latest innovations to hit the HVAC and sheet metal markets.
CUTTING PRODUCTSThis company has launched its Jesse James Signature Series line of equipment, named after the founder of West Coast Choppers, the subject of a popular cable-TV show. The line includes the PowerCut 650 plasma-cutting machine designed to manually cut 5/8-inch and sever 3/4-inch materials. The PowerCut's adjustable output allows the operator to tailor the current to the material being cut. The line also features the MultiMaster 260 multipurpose welding machine for welding MIG DC TIG and stick-electrode welding. Multimaster also offers DC welding output from 15 to 300 amps and is rated 260 amps at 50 percent duty cycle.
