Home » Convention convenes December 3 in New Orleans
The Northamerican Heating, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Wholesalers has named a Habitat task force that will meet during the group's national convention, with 10 people committed to serve. Representatives from Habitat have also been invited and are welcome to remain throughout the convention.
Some of this country's largest corporations have helped out Habitat: Dow Chemical, The Home Depot, and others. According to Habitat, "Employee participation is outstanding because Habitat is a cause that employees and their families can identify with - one that produces immediate and tangible results. In fact, during one recent partnership, response was so great that a drawing was needed to select volunteers, all vying for the privilege of donating their effort and time."
