Dianne Byrum (D), Mat Dunaskiss (R), Mike Rogers (R), Bill Schuette (R), Kenneth Sikkema (R) and state Reps. Ken Bradstreet (R), Michael Kowall (R) and Randy Richardville (R) as "Outstanding Michigan legislators" for their work regarding utility deregulation.
