Klein Tools rewards loyal customers

CHICAGO - Klein Tools has introduced the "Tradesman Club," a membership-based program to provide loyal customers with industry news, product information, special promotions, brand merchandise, and other exclusive offers.

Members of the Tradesman Club will be comprised of Klein Tools' customer base of professional tool users, including electricians, contractors and maintenance pros.

"We want to reward our loyal customers and promote continued loyalty," said Larry Wegner, manager of marketing services. "The Tradesman Club brings us closer to our end-users, enabling us to better understand their needs and continue to meet their expectations."

A quarterly newsletter, called "The Tool Bag," will be offered via e-mail or regular mail. It will provide industry- and job-related news, information on Klein Tools products and opportunities to purchase Klein brand merchandise.

The Tradesman Club is being introduced through the Klein Tools sales force and Klein distributors.
