EASTLAKE, Colo. - The Carbon Monoxide Safety Association is a new nonprofit organization designed to promote CO safety awareness and offer training materials and programs.
The new association is aimed at educating fire departments, emergency medical services, building inspectors and service technicians, including HVACR technicians.
The association is supplying information on what carbon monoxide is, how it can be fatal to building occupants and homeowners, and how professionals can properly measure CO and correct problems in order to eliminate potential hazards.
