San Antonio, Texas-based Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning was recently named the 2011 Bryant Dealer of the Year.

The company is one of 15 Bryant dealers in the U.S. and Canada to be selected as a Medal of Excellence regional winner out of more than 3,500 Bryant dealers in North America. This is fifth consecutive year that the company has received the award.

Medal of Excellence applicants are judged on customer satisfaction, overall Bryant branded product sales growth, high-efficiency and indoor air quality equipment sales growth, and participation in various dealer programs and promotions.

The 15 regional winners come from five different geographic regions. Each region has three tiers of winners, which are based on total annual sales volume. Of the 15 Medal of Excellence winners, Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning received the highest overall score and earned the Bryant Dealer of the Year title.

Don Rackler, Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning’s founder, has been providing HVAC services in the San Antonio area since the mid-1970s. He started his company in 2001 with his wife, Pam, and sons, Brandon, Jacob and Jonny. Since then, they have grown into a large residential service, maintenance and replacement company in south Texas with 112 employees and 68 vehicles.
