ACCA holding online seminars for members

Employee training, service contracts and marketing are just some of the topics the Air Conditioning Contractors of America will offer online training on this spring.

Starting March 13, the ACCA has scheduled nine Internet-based educational classes. Each runs 90 minutes. All members need are an Internet connection to view the video and ask questions, and a phone connection to listen to responses.

Some of the scheduled sessions include: “Selling Commercial Service Agreements: What are They Really Worth?” by Jerry Hurwitz of J&J Air Conditioning.

“How Small Contractors Can Implement Employee Training Programs,” hosted by Jack Rise.

“IAQ Revenue and You” by HVAC marketing expert Adams Hudson.

For fees and the full schedule, visit www.acca.org/webinars or call Kelly Ercole at (703) 824-8840. The seminars are for ACCA members only.
