ABM expands in Spain

Under the agreement, MH is expected to expand its commercial and industrial client base from Barcelona to Madrid and Valencia, said officials with ABM’s franchise group.

Linc Network LLC has signed a franchise agreement with Spain-based HVAC contractor MH Industries.

Under the agreement, MH is expected to expand commercial and industrial client base from Barcelona to Madrid and Valencia, said officials with ABM’s franchise group.

Linc is a subsidiary of facilities provider ABM.

“MH Industries experience in the commercial and industrial industry in conjunction with our proven system will allow them to further expand their presence in Spain,” said Bert Kendall, chief operating officer of ABM’s franchising division. “We look forward to a long-lasting and successful partnership.”

The 200-employee MH Industries is part of Grup MH, a group of companies that provides energy management, maintenance and installation services.

Grup officials said they were happy about the agreement.

“Through our franchise agreement with Linc Network LLC and becoming a part of the overarching ABM Franchising Group will allow our clients to benefit from best practices and innovative services in reducing energy and operation costs,” said Grup principal Emilio Martin. “Furthermore, the continuing education provided by the international franchise network will increase our employees’ technical and sales capabilities.”
