Greenheck has selected Tulsa, Oklahoma, as the site of a manufacturing and distribution center for the company’s HVAC market products.

The South-Central U.S. location will complement the company’s existing Wisconsin facilities and will allow Greenheck to more easily serve customers across the country, officials said.

“As our customer base continues to grow, it’s critical that we grow our operations here in Wisconsin and beyond to support those customers,” said Jim McIntyre, CEO of Greenheck Group. “Providing best-in-class service to our customers is at the heart of what we do and that is rooted in our Midwestern values that drive the culture of the company whether in Wisconsin, Oklahoma or at our other locations.”

A groundbreaking is planned for later this year and the facility should be open by summer 2018, the company said. Greenheck’s Accurex commercial kitchen ventilation products and its Tempered Air Products line will be made and distributed from the site. An estimated seventy-five employees should work at the new center by 2018.

Oklahoma is not the only place where the company is investing: Greenheck recently announced a $19 million expansion of two existing facilities in Wisconsin.
