NADCA has added two people to its board of directors. 

Mike Dexter of Air Quality Control Environmental of Coral Springs, Florida, and Kehau Mendes of Airpro Indoor Air Solutions of Honolulu have joined the National Air Duct Cleaners Association’s governing body. 

Dexter serves on NADCA’s fall technical conference committee, its education committee, and the sub-committee writing a white paper on energy savings through HVAC cleaning. Dexter is an air systems cleaning specialist and a certified ventilation inspector.

Mendes is NADCA’s regional coordinator for the Southwest U.S. and is a member of the fall technical conference committee. He is a certified exhaust cleaning specialist.

“Both Mike and Kehau have an unwavering commitment to the association and to advancing the industry,” said Jodi Araujo, NADCA’s chief staff executive. “Their dedication and collaboration with our current board will help to further NADCA’s mission of supporting its members’ success through education, certification, and advocacy to promote the highest quality of service and ethical standards.”

Re-elected to the board were Mike White, of Clean Air Systems of Louisiana, based in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Mark Zarzeczny, of Schoen Duct Cleaning in Edgewater Park, New Jersey.
