HARDI says attendees of the group’s HVAC sales convention in December will have a bevy of entertaining and educational speakers to see.

From an economist to the founder of a well-known computer repair company, the Heating, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International’s Dec. 6-9 conference in San Antonio aims to bring speakers with vast expertise to their event.

As part of the slogan, “Shift into gear,” HARDI says these speakers will cause many attendees to rethink their HVAC market business plans and prepare for future growth.

“Our registration numbers have exceeded our goals thus far, and I think that’s a positive indicator that we’ve lined up the right folks to headline our event,” said Emily Saving, HARDI’s director of education and research foundation.  “The speakers we have selected for HARDI’s 2014 annual conference will prepare our members for maximum business opportunities, taking into account the improving economic climate.”

Among those booked for the event:

Alan Beaulieu, president of ITR Economics and HARDI’s chief economist, will explain why now is the time to invest in your HVAC construction company.

Robert Stephens started the Geek Squad in 1994 with a bike and $200. Today, it is one of the biggest repair companies in the world. Stephens will talk about what technology can bring to businesses.

Tucker Carlson, editor-in-chief of the Daily Caller website and co-host of “Fox and Friends” will bring his political insights and predictions for the next few years in Washington.
