Although it is almost a year away, organizers are already seeking presenters for the 2014 International Roofing Expo.

"We are seeking high-profile speakers and top-notch industry innovators well-versed in the most relevant topics and issues facing roofing professionals today,” said senior conference manager Brandi McElhaney. “If you would like to make a meaningful contribution to the industry, we encourage you to submit a proposal.”

The Feb. 26-28 event will take place at the Mandalay Bay convention center in Las Vegas.  Sessions will be 90 minutes long and should focus on topics related to safety, marketing, legal issues or other business topics. Typical seminar attendees include roofing company owners, contractors, managers, architects, designers and sales staffers.

“The conference program is an important component of the expo, offering attendees the opportunity to learn the best practices in the industry," said Bill Good, the National Roofing Contractors Association’s executive vice president.

NRCA is the show’s official sponsor.

“Professionals interested in speaking should submit their proposals as soon as possible," Good said.

Applications are due April 15. The submission form is available here. Email BMcElhaney@HanleyWood.com or call (972) 536-6415 for more information.
