The Sheet Metal and Air-Conditioning
Contractors’ National Association will help its members with their
public-speaking skills during a program in St. Louis. “Speaking with Impact”
will help participants build confidence, prepare for meetings, and communicate
in a manner that builds trust and credibility, the association says.
The two-day program will feature Kathy de Jong, principal of
Performance Management. She has over 15 years of experience in working with
leaders and teams on communication issues. Members will have the opportunity to
have their presentations videotaped and receive one-on-one feedback.
