Edison, N.J.-based EZ Trap Inc. has merged with SlimDuct Inc. and Airtec Products Corp. The combined company will be known as Airtec Products Corp.

The former EZ Trap facility in Edison has been closed and consolidated into the Airtec facility in Fall River, Mass.

Gerry Spanger, former president of EZ Trap, will remain as vice president of marketing and sales at Airtec. Lou Laroche, former national sales manager for EZ Trap, will continue in the same capacity with Airtec. Michael Moore and Scott Barboza will be responsible for manufacturing, logistics, and operations at the existing factory in Fall River.

Airtec Products, EZ Trap, SlimDuct, Aspen Pumps and Novent products will be manufactured and distributed by Airtec Products Corp.

A new combined price list and catalog series will be soon available with additional information. Meanwhile, customers will be able to continue ordering or get information as before using Airtec phone and fax numbers.
