Contractor named Bryant’s Dealer of the Year

Quality Air was named Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems’ 2008 Dealer of the Year.

The Asheville, N.C.-based company achieved the award for sales growth and customer satisfaction ratings.

Quality Air was one of 15 companies chosen as a regional Medal of Excellence recipient based on total annual sales, making it a finalist for the Dealer of the Year honor.

Chuck Lynch, owner of Quality Air, and representatives from 14 other regional medal recipients, were chosen from more than 4,000 dealers across the United States and Canada to join other regional recipients for Bryant’s annual three-day meeting with dealers.

Held March 6 in Miami Beach, Fla., the event included an awards gala to recognize the Dealer of the Year and other honorees.

“What an honor,” Lynch said. “Winning the Medal of Excellence for the second year in a row and now being named Dealer of the Year feels really special. One aspect I feel contributed to the award is that our team focused on our customers’ feedback and applied it to our business. I’m proud of my team for their hard work.”

As an award winner, Quality Air received a package of services to support its business that includes use of the Medal of Excellence and Dealer of the Year logo, as well as a Dealer of the Year icon on the online dealer locator at www.bryant.com. Quality Air will also be recognized with a Bryant trade magazine ad and a company story posted online and submitted to HVAC industry publications.

The Medal of Excellence is a business enrichment program available exclusively to Bryant dealers. Since the program’s inception in 1990, more than 200 Bryant dealers have been recognized with the Medal of Excellence.
