EverClean residential flexible duct from Thermaflex was recognized with the Installation, Use and Maintenance Award from Green Building Pages.

Green Building Pages, www.GreenBuildingPages.com, is a product database recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council.

According to Thermaflex, EverClean was presented with the award because the product helps to reduce the global environmental impact and creates a more sustainable world. The criteria for the Green Building Pages award includes low-embodied energy; non-toxic materials; no or low volatile organic compounds; energy efficiency during installation, use and maintenance; and durability and performance.

EverClean resists mold and mildew growth, and earned the GreenGuard Children and Schools certification. The liner and reinforced, metalized vapor barrier work in combination to supply a double air seal, preventing leaks and reducing energy costs while providing constant comfort.

“Thermaflex encourages consumers to help protect the environment by choosing quality products that will conserve energy and save money in the long run,” said James Lollis of Thermaflex. “We are honored that Thermaflex EverClean has been awarded the Use and Maintenance Award, and we will continue to provide reliable products and services to help improve the health of our customers and care for our environment at the same time.”
