For the second year in a row, the Dwyer Group has been named as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Texas.”

The Dwyer Group operates six different franchises, including HVAC company AirServe.

The ranking, promoted by Texas Monthly magazine, is sponsored by the Texas Association of Business; the Texas State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management; and the Best Companies Group.

“It takes great people to build a great company, and we think we have both at the Dwyer Group,” said Dina Dwyer-Owens, group CEO and chairwoman. “This is a wonderful honor to be recognized a second time at the state level for the environment we have created. And we look to re-earn our position every day as a place where people want to work.”

The Dwyer Group is one of 100 companies to be honored among the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. Companies were judged on their benefits, leadership programs, corporate culture and after interviews with company employees.

To be eligible for the ranking, companies must have a facility in Texas, at least 15 employees in Texas, and a minimum of one year in business.

The full ranking will also be published in the February issue of Texas Monthly.
