Metal Industries Inc. acquired NCA Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of louvers, fire, smoke and control dampers for the HVAC industry. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

“The addition of NCA to our company greatly expands the range of the life safety products we manufacture and expands the products that are agency listed,” said Damian Macaluso, Metal Industries president. “We gain the addition of a complete louver line as well as the addition of balancing and control dampers, and back draft dampers. All this adds up to a complete offering for our life safety customers.”
