The Dwyer Group has been named one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies on Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 5000” list.

The company was recognized for 254.9 percent revenue growth from 2003 to 2006, placing it No. 76 among all retail companies and No. 1,413 overall in the United States. The ranking was posted on the publication’s Web site at www.inc.com.

“This is a wonderful achievement for the Dwyer Group and our family of franchise brands,” said Dina Dwyer-Owens, chairwoman of the Dwyer Group. “Our focus on franchising and being the best in the trade services industry has paid off in unprecedented growth. And we remain committed to that path.”

Inc. Magazine noted the increase in Dwyer’s revenues from $27.2 million to $96.4 million over the past three years. And the company continues to expand.

“Franchise sales have been tremendous,” Dwyer-Owens said. “We added approximately 200 new franchisees last year, and we are on track to add 300 franchisees in 2007. In turn, our franchise brands, on average, have experienced double-digit same-store sales increases.”
