To help members deal with a year that association officials say may be just as difficult as 2009, the Unified Group will hold a sales forum this month in Arizona.

The HVAC contractor association will host its sales forum March 16-19 at the Intercontinental Montelucia hotel in Scottsdale.

“Our members want to know what other companies are doing in their individual markets, what is unique to their selling process, and why it works for them,” said Julie Bishop, the group’s executive director.

Topics scheduled include company image, networking, marketing, price issues and successfully using the Internet.
